I’m Erik Auer, a personal trainer based in Arlington, Virginia, passionate about helping my clients reach their fitness goals through simple, effective training.

When a back injury in 2012 (three herniated discs) forced me to reevaluate my approach to health, it sparked a passion for recovery, functional movement, and preventing injuries before they happen.

I’ve since taught over 1,000 classes in yoga, indoor cycling, and strength training, all while pursuing my own growth through weightlifting and boxing.

A former collegiate rower, my mission now is to empower and inspire others to build strength, resilience, and sustainable habits that support a lifetime of movement—well into their 90s and beyond.
